A tender for the Pomeranian integrated FALA ticket
On 20th December 2019 the Interconnect project partner Innobaltica announced an open tender for the implementation in the area of the Pomeranian Voivodeship of a charges collecting system for transportation in collective passenger transport and a consistent passenger information system, common for both coordinators and carriers.
It is a tender for the contractor of the Pomeranian Voivodeship, for the integrated FALA ticket, which will allow passengers to travel on one electronic ticket throughout the province. A notice of new proceedings was sent for publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

This is the second procedure for the preparation and implementation of the FALA system. The first deadline for submitting bids in the procedure (conducted in the form of a limited tender) passed on 16th of December 2019. However, the tender was cancelled because the offers were received after the deadline indicated in the documentation. According to the schedule of the new tender, potential system contractors will have time to send offers by mid-February. Due to the complexity of the offer examination and evaluation process, as well as assuming safe deadlines for appeal procedures, it is assumed that the contractor will be selected at the end of March 2020, while the contract with him will be signed in May 2020.
